Laravel Installation

If you see this message, the Laravel files are not properly configured.

Setup Instructions:

1. Upload ALL Laravel files to your public_html folder
2. Make sure the "public" folder exists
3. Create .env file with your database settings
4. Visit server-check.php to test your setup
