01. Service Definition

Team Hydra Shop provides digital software licenses, SaaS account upgrades, and source code assets. We act as a service provider that facilitates the activation of premium features on user-provided email accounts or through official license keys.

02. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Delivery is typically completed via:

• Direct Email Activation (Linking features to your email).
• Official License Keys provided via WhatsApp/Email.
• Downloadable files for Source Codes.

Note: No physical package will be shipped to your address.

03. User Responsibilities

When purchasing from us, you agree to:

• Provide a valid and active email address for activation.
• Not use the software for illegal activities (Hacking, SPAM, etc.).
• Follow the official rules of the software provider (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
• Not share or resell the private account details provided to you.

04. License Validity & Warranty

Every product carries a specific Warranty Duration mentioned on the product page. During this period, Team Hydra is responsible for maintaining the functionality of your license. If the license stops working, we will provide a replacement as per our Refund Policy.

05. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Microsoft) belong to their respective owners. Team Hydra is an independent reseller/service provider and does not claim ownership of the software itself.

06. Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change based on market availability. All payments must be cleared before the activation process begins. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

07. Account Bans

We are not responsible if your account is banned due to your own violation of the software manufacturer's terms. However, if the ban is related to our activation method, you are covered under our full replacement guarantee.

08. Changes to Terms

Team Hydra Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
