At Team Hydra Shop, we specialize in digital assets and software license activations. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are governed by specific usage rules. However, we offer an iron-clad Replacement Guarantee to ensure you never lose your money.
2. 100% Replacement Policy
If any account or license key purchased from us stops working, shows a subscription error, or faces a technical glitch within the specified Warranty Period, we will provide a free replacement.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The issue must be reported to our WhatsApp support team within the warranty duration.
- The account must not have been modified (email/password change) against our instructions.
- Replacement is processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of verification.
3. When are you eligible for a Refund?
While we prefer to provide replacements, we issue full refunds under the following circumstances:
- Product Out of Stock: If we are unable to provide a replacement for a faulty product within 48 hours.
- Wrong Product: If the digital asset delivered is significantly different from what was described.
- Activation Failure: If our technical team is unable to activate the service on your provided email ID.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the product has been delivered or activated.
- Buying a product by mistake (e.g., buying Canva Pro when you needed Adobe).
- Accounts banned due to violation of the specific software provider's terms of service by the user.
5. How to claim a Replacement/Refund
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:
- Take a screenshot of the error message you are seeing.
- Message our support team on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the screenshot.
- Our team will verify the account status and issue a replacement or refund immediately.
